The Bears have signed 26-year old offensive tackle Frank Omiyale to a 4-year contract that could max out to as much as $14 million bucks.  He played in 10 games (1 start) for the Panthers last season.  In 4 years, Omiyale has only played in 11 games (1 start).  He does have the size at 6’4″, 310 pounds to succeed at tackle but he doesn’t have much experience.  This will be a boom or bust signing for the Bears.
