Bears Offense Steady for 2nd Straight Game

Jay Cutler and the first team offense looked good again in their game against the Broncos. Cutler led three scoring drives as he did against the Giants and threw for 144 yards and a touchdown in the first half. Devin Hester, who I feel is a bigger threat and fear factor in the return game than as a receiver, returned a kick for 54 yards showing flashes of the 2006 campaign. The thing that still worries me about this team is the receiving corps and the banged up secondary. I’m not sure if the Bears possess a guy who can change the game in the slot and the stability in the secondary is a must if they are going be successful. I’m hoping to be proven wrong and only time will tell. Here’s to hoping the team finishes the pre-season on a high note.
